The surge of new civic and political movements and polarisation is challenging traditional public and political engagement. Today, movements and campaigners have the upper hand in making an impact on policymakers, the media, and society, as their communication techniques are not framed in traditional public relations strategies in a world where conventional engagement strategies are no longer the norm. My role is to help you and your organisation see engagement as an opportunity to think outside the box and not follow the same playbook of emails, events, and paid press articles to make your message a reality.
My experience stems from being on the front line, building political and social movements in Europe, and helping them evolve into stable organisations with professional members ready to work and translate their ideas into reality.

about me
As a trainer and consultant, my job is to help civic movements and political organisations to materialize their vision and strategy by optimizing their engagement strategies and enhancing the talent of its members. In my eight years of professional experience for the corporate sector, I developed knowledge of Organisational Development, Talent Management, Employee Relations, Corporate Governance, and External Affairs. In the last nine years as a part-time consultant in the civil and political sector, I used this knowledge but translated my experience to the different needs of the organisations I worked for.
During my whole career, I have been privileged to have had mentors who motivated me to use my organisational/personal development and public relations knowledge for the public good. Thanks to this, and in parallel with my experience in the corporate sector during the last 5 years, I have dedicated my volunteer time to enhancing the work of local civil society and civic or political movements in Central and Eastern Europe.
I was born in Venezuela and lived in four different countries before becoming the Hungarian man I am today. My contribution to preventing the spread of populism is to utilize my knowledge and serve as a trainer and consultant to organizations that share a vision to enhance democracy, civic engagement, and transparency.
